How long does shipping take?
Delivery time may vary depending on the product and delivery location. The estimated delivery time will be shown to you during the ordering process or in the respective shipping information.
Please note that delays may occur, especially during busy periods such as Halloween and Christmas. We therefore recommend ordering seasonal items well in advance.
Where are the products shipped from?
We work with various suppliers and shipping partners. Therefore, products may be shipped from different warehouses depending on availability.
Are all items in my order delivered together?
Not always. If you order multiple products, they may be sent from different suppliers or warehouses. In this case, you may receive your order in multiple packages and at different times.
Can I track my order?
If tracking is available for your order, you will receive the relevant information as soon as your order has been shipped.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Once an order has already been processed or shipped, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
What do I do if my item is damaged or delivered incorrectly?
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us via our contact page and send us your order number as well as photos of the item received.
We will review the case and get back to you with a suitable solution.
Can I return an item?
Return options are subject to our Return and Refund Policy. Please read this in full before making a return.
Do not send items back without contacting us first, as the return address may differ from the original shipping address.
Who covers the costs of a return?

Depending on screen settings, lighting, and production batches, colors may differ slightly from the product images. Small differences may also occur with handmade or printed products.
Are batteries or accessories always included?
Only if this is expressly stated in the product description. Please check the respective scope of delivery before ordering.
Can I order products for Halloween or Christmas at short notice?
You can of course order at any time. 🎃🎄 However, if you need an item for a specific occasion, we recommend allowing enough time for shipping and potential delays.
Which payment methods are accepted?

Is my payment data secure?
Payment processing is handled via the payment providers offered in the Shopify checkout. Festlich & Fein does not receive your full payment data, such as your complete credit card number.
I have not received an order confirmation. What should I do?
First, check your spam or junk folder and verify that you provided the correct email address when placing the order.
If you still cannot find a confirmation, please contact us with your name and as much information about your order as possible.
